One of the reasons that business owners engage intermediaries is to preserve the confidentiality
for matters relating to the purchase and sale of the business. In order for you to obtain more
detailed information about any of the businesses for sale, you
will need to sign a
confidentiality (non-disclosure) agreement.
You will also need to provide sufficient information
about yourself and/or your company to substantiate representations that you qualify for the transaction
size. This preliminary exchange of information can be accomplished in several ways:
- If you live in, or are visiting Atlanta, call our office for an appointment, and one of our very
capable associates will be happy to provide detailed information upon completion of a confidentiality
agreement and the preliminary buyer's qualification form.
- From the Internet, you can e-mail info@primebusinesses.com
and, we can send you a confidentiality agreement and buyer's questionnaire
via e-mail, fax, or in
person. Upon completing the forms, fax them back, and we will be glad to fax, or mail detailed
information to you.
